71 YEARS OF 'QUE
Welcome to Allman’s Bar-B-Que, a Fredericksburg favorite since 1954. Back then, James “Pappy” Allman fired up the pits and started what would become a local traditon. From the very beginning, it’s been all about family—Pappy’s son-in-law, Pete, was right there by his side, making sure every plate was just right.
WELCOME TO MOM'S KITCHEN In 1960, Mary “Mom” Brown joined the team, bringing her magic touch to our kitchen. She stayed with us for over 50 years, and her influence is still a huge part of what makes our BBQ so special today—we even named it “Mom’s Kitchen” in her honor.

A FAMILY GATHERING Over the years, we’ve seen a lot of changes, but one thing has stayed the same: our love for serving up delicious food to our community. From the very beginning, it’s been about family, flavorful food, and making everyone who walks through our doors feel right at home. We’re proud to be part of so many memories, and we can’t wait to be part of yours.
